I stumbled upon a mural the other day at KFC and i am SO impressed by the method the mural is applied on the wall!

The accuracy and precision of each stroke is close to perfect!
Usually, the more small details they have, the more harder it is to consistantly deliver superb accuracy to the art. But this mural art proves that a 99% accuracy can be done!

This is how it is done!
CNC laser cutting
First of all, the art provided by the digital artist is taken for cutting with a technique call CNC laser cutting.
CNC stands for Computer Numeric Control Router. In layman terms, computer will help you with precision to cut out the designs you want whether on plastic, wood or even paper.
There are a few ways to do it.
A large sticker is cut with CNC.
Once the sticker has sticked to the wall, a white wall paint is painted above it. (It uses white paint because it has a black background)

Eventually, the sticker is peeled off after the paint has dried out. And this is the result!

Perfectly precision mural imprinting! On par with wallpaper stickers and better!
The only drawback with CNC cutting is that, CNC cutting is very expensive.
If you need a professional precision mural (Like the one in KFC), just follow the steps above.
Nevertheless, to save you all the trouble, we also offer CNC mural services as well.
